Grant Fraser

Grant Fraser is an award‑winning golf and travel writer, photographer, and publisher with more than 25 years of experience covering golf destinations worldwide. A contributor to leading Canadian publications including Ontario Golf News and Flagstick, he also operates GolfTheWorld.ca, showcasing global golf travel. Fraser began his career in 1995 with the release of 50 of Ontario’s Greatest Public Golf Courses and has since authored Golf Access and Golf Smart. His expertise has earned him roles on multiple course‑ranking panels for Score Golf, Ontario Golf, Fairways, and The Traveling Golfer. A respected industry leader, he is a past president of both the Travel Media Association of Canada and the Golf Journalists Association of Canada, an Honorary Director of the PGA of Canada, and a 2025 inductee into the Ontario Golf Hall of Fame for his contributions to the game. Fraser is also an active member of SATW and the Golf Writers Association of America.
